Unopened returns within 30 days
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery for unopened, resalable bottles. Please keep the bottles sealed and in their original protective packaging.
Email info@mineral-manzi.co.za with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the return arrangements before you send them. Please do not send a parcel to a collection address without arranging the return with us.
Return delivery costs
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return delivery cost. MineralManzi covers the agreed return or collection cost for goods that arrived damaged or were supplied incorrectly.
Incorrect or damaged goods
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs of the parcel and bottles help us investigate with the courier. Sending photographs within 48 hours is helpful, but missing that time does not remove your statutory rights.
Do not consume a product you believe is unsafe. Tell us whether you would prefer a replacement or refund, and we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds
We will confirm the outcome after reviewing the return or reported problem. Approved refunds are arranged through the original payment provider where possible. The provider and bank determine when the credit becomes visible in your account; we will share the refund status or reference available to us.
Your consumer rights
This voluntary return policy is additional to your rights under applicable South African consumer law. Requirements for unopened goods and return-delivery costs on change-of-mind returns do not restrict remedies for defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods, or any other mandatory right.
