Orders are offers to purchase. Availability and the final total are checked at checkout. If an item cannot be supplied after payment, we will contact you to arrange an agreed alternative or a refund.
Payments and subscriptions
One-time orders use Yoco for card payments or Ozow for EFT. Monthly subscriptions use Payfast and require recurring payment authorisation. Read the subscription and cancellation rules before starting a subscription.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery within South Africa is free. See our shipping policy for estimates and collection arrangements. You may cancel a one-time order before dispatch. Our returns policy provides a 30-day change-of-mind window for unopened, resalable bottles, alongside your statutory rights.
Promotions
The first-order promotion offers 10% off to eligible first-order customers, subject to the checkout eligibility checks. Previous customers are not eligible for the first-order promotion. The final discount is shown before payment.
