All prices shown are for a complete box. The number of bottles and bottle size are listed on each product page. Choose the number of boxes you need and complete your purchase in the bag with guest checkout.
Shipping across South Africa
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days after payment, weekdays only. Standard courier delivery then takes about 3–7 business days. Outlying areas may take longer. These timeframes are estimates.
Delivery is free to addresses in South Africa. International delivery is not currently available. Tracking is sent by email or SMS once the courier has your parcel.
Local collection
Free pickup is available by appointment at 149 Clairwood Street, Unit 111 Paddocks Estate, Dainfern Square, 2191. Please WhatsApp us on 068 841 5915 before visiting.
Damaged or delayed orders
If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, please WhatsApp us on 068 841 5915 or email info@mineral-manzi.co.za. For damage, please send photographs of the box and bottles as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Returns & subscriptions
Every catalogue water offers a monthly subscription on the product page, paid on Payfast. A positive discount is labeled Subscribe Monthly & Save and uses the catalogue price after that saving. A water with no listed rate uses the full catalogue price and does not say you save. One-Time Purchase stays in the bag and uses guest checkout: card on Yoco or EFT on Ozow. Read the current store policies for return eligibility, refunds, and subscription terms.
