Monthly subscriptions
When you choose a monthly subscription, Payfast handles the recurring payment authorisation. The product page and subscription checkout show the selected product, quantity and recurring price. A saving applies only when it is shown for the selected subscription.
A subscription continues with monthly billing until cancelled. You can review your subscriptions after signing in to your account.
Cancel before the next charge
You may cancel a monthly subscription before its next charge. Use the cancellation control in your account, or contact info@mineral-manzi.co.za for help. If contacting us, please allow time for us to process the request before the charge is due.
Check that cancellation has been confirmed. Cancelling future billing does not automatically refund a payment already processed. If a charge has already been made, contact us about the associated order. Orders already dispatched are handled under our returns and refunds policy.
One-time orders
You may cancel a one-time order before dispatch. Email info@mineral-manzi.co.za with your order number as soon as possible so we can stop dispatch and arrange any refund due. After dispatch, the returns policy applies.
Consumer rights
These rules do not exclude or restrict rights you have under applicable South African consumer law.
