Free delivery across South Africa
Delivery is free to addresses in South Africa. We do not currently offer international delivery. Products are sold by the box; bottle size and quantity are shown on the product page.
Delivery estimates
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days after payment, weekdays only. Standard courier delivery then takes about 3–7 business days. Outlying areas may take longer. These timeframes are estimates. If your order is delayed, contact us for an update.
Collection by appointment
Free collection is available by appointment at 149 Clairwood Street, Unit 111, Paddocks Estate, Dainfern Square, Sandton, 2191. Please arrange collection before visiting.
Delivery problems
For a delayed, missing, incorrect or damaged parcel, email info@mineral-manzi.co.za or WhatsApp 068 841 5915. Keep your order number available. Photographs of damaged packaging and bottles help us investigate; an ideal 48-hour reporting window does not remove statutory rights.
